SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All packages from My BIO TESTS are shipped "FOB origin" or "FOB shipping point". My BIO TESTS considers all sales complete at our shipping dock, and thus the buyer of the goods is responsible for freight costs and liability during transport.
Any lost packages shipped by USPS cannot be replaced by the shipper. We highly recommend using a common carrier. My BIO TESTS will only file claims for lost, mis-sorted, or undelivered packages shipped via our common carriers (UPS, DHL, or FedEx). If the customer uses their own carrier, the customer is responsible for filing claims. If a claim is denied by the carrier, all risk of loss remains the responsibility of the customer.
All goods, except perishable items, are shipped to arrive Monday through Friday. Refrigerated items ship Monday through Thursday. If your business will be closed during certain hours or days, you should make alternative delivery arrangements with our preferred carrier, UPS. My BIO TESTS will not refund refused deliveries or packages that become undeliverable after repeated attempts.
All shipping issues—including overage, shortage, loss, damage, or other discrepancies between the quantity and/or condition of supplies received—must be reported within 24 hours of receipt from the carrier.
How do I return something to My BIO TESTS?
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You may return any item shipped by My BIO TESTS (unless otherwise specified) for a refund of the cost of the item (excludes freight), provided that:
- The item was shipped in error.
- The item is returned in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
My BIO TESTS reserves the right to refuse returns on non-stock or custom-manufactured items. Customers should contact admin@mybiotests.com before purchasing any item that may not be eligible for return.
Please note:
- If you purchased a medical device designated "For Professional Use Only" and "Not for Home Use", and you are using the product for personal use, NO REFUND WILL BE HONORED. All manufacturer warranties will automatically expire.
- All EUA-authorized COVID-19 products are non-returnable with no exceptions unless:
The product was damaged in transit*
The product was recalled for manufacturer performance issues
The product is deemed defective by the manufacturer
Buyer should be aware that EUA authorization may be revoked by the FDA. If revoked, such products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
*All damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery. Damage claims will not be honored after 2 days from delivery.
Non-Refrigerated Product Returns
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise with a copy of the original invoice.
- Discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.
- Returns will not be accepted after 10 days.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover all shipping charges, including free return shipping.
- All other returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for return postage. Shipping charges are non-refundable for these types of returns.
Refrigerated Product Returns
Due to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, My BIO TESTS does not accept returns on refrigerated products, unless they were shipped in error by us.

If you need to make a return, email admin@mybiotests.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return (choose one code below):
M – Received an item not ordered
Q – Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts
T – Item did not arrive in time
O – Other (please describe)
A Customer Care specialist will reply with next steps and, if necessary, provide return shipping instructions.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days, and a confirmation email will be sent.
