About My BIO TESTS.

My BIO TESTS is a growing wellness company making everyday healthcare products more accessible, convenient, and available when people need them. Through our wellness vending machines, we provide 24/7 access to OTC medications, rapid self-tests, and other wellness essentials on university campuses, in workplaces, and throughout communities.

Our founder brings 16+ years of experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and we apply that experience to how our products are stored, tracked, rotated, and handled. We're building a national wellness vending network — and we're looking for dependable local people who want to grow with us.

The Opportunity.

We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented independent contractor to help maintain and restock our Eagle Pass wellness vending machine. This is a flexible opportunity requiring approximately 1–3 hours per week during business hours, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in doing things correctly, and wants hands-on experience with a growing healthcare and wellness company.

What You'll Do.

  • Pick up inventory from the designated storage location and transport it to the vending machine.
  • Restock the wellness vending machine as needed.
  • Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures when selecting and loading products.
  • Record required inventory and expiration information.
  • Check and record temperature and humidity.
  • Perform a light wipe-down and cleaning of the machine.
  • Report low inventory, damaged products, machine issues, or other concerns.
  • Complete required documentation using a simple software app provided by My BIO TESTS.
Training, written procedures, and the software needed to perform the role will be provided.

What We're Looking For.

  • Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone/app.
  • Able to follow simple written procedures.
  • Dependable transportation to transport inventory from the designated storage location to the vending machine.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening test.

Previous vending or healthcare experience is not required. We will train the right person.
