Active Ingredients (per 30 mL dose):

• Acetaminophen 650 mg (Pain reliever/fever reducer)

• Dextromethorphan HBr 20 mg (Cough suppressant)

• Guaifenesin 400 mg (Expectorant)

• Phenylephrine HCl 10 mg (Nasal decongestant)

Uses:

• Temporarily relieves symptoms of:

Directions:

• Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 30 mL (2 tablespoons) every 4 hours while symptoms last

• Do not exceed 4 doses (120 mL) in 24 hours

• Children under 12 years: Do not use

Warnings:

• Do not use with other drugs containing acetaminophen

• Liver warning: Severe liver damage may occur if more than the recommended dose is taken

• Do not use if you are taking MAOIs or have used them in the past 14 days

• Ask a doctor before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, or chronic cough

• Keep out of reach of children

• In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately
