Product Description:

Directions:

Adults and children 6 years and older: 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours.

Shake well before use. Insert tip into nostril and spray while breathing in.
Warnings:

Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days—doing so may cause rebound congestion
